![]() The ability to successfully recruit student-athletes to the institution is essential. ![]() Excellent oral and written communication skills. ![]() ![]() Masters degree preferred as well as college-level swimming and/or triathlon or coaching experience. Successful recruiting for these two emerging programs is a primary job function. Teach the sports, schedule, make travel plans, manage the budgets, recruit new student-athletes, and promote the program within the parameters of Office of Civil Rights, Title IX, the NCAA Division III, the ODAC, and Guilford College rules and regulations. Lead and manage all aspects of the Women’s Swimming & Women’s Triathlon programs including planning practices at the Greensboro Aquatic Center ( GAC). The Greensboro Aquatics Center (GAC), a nationally recognized swimming facility, is partnering with Guilford as our home pool. The head coach will be responsible for performing all duties associated with leading an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), Division III athletic team. Guilford College is committed to building a strong women’s swim & women’s triathlon teams.
